First steps checklist
Work these in order. Skip a step only when Templass has already completed it.
1. Request a quote
- Submit templass.com/quote: use case, peak clean Mbps, GRE or Cross-Connect, name, email.
- Accept the written quote Templass sends back.

2. Account and Panel
- Register at panel.templass.com/register.
- Confirm the email with the 6-digit Confirmation code.
- Sign in and open Dashboard.

3. Access after the quote
- Wait until Overview shows a service ID, Panel access Active, and a Service window.
- Confirm Connection (GRE Tunnel or Cross-Connect) and Capacity match the quote.

4. Receive provisioned values
Wait until Panel or Templass staff fills them in.
- Protected IP or prefix
- GRE endpoint and keys, or Cross-Connect LOA / Z-side details
- Ports you will serve (file Port requests before you advertise them)
5. Bring the path up
- GRE: follow GRE tunnel setup.
- Cross-Connect: follow Cross-Connect / Equinix FR5.
- Confirm routing before you announce or cut over.
6. Panel controls
- Review Dashboard after first clean traffic.
- Open Attacks so you know the empty state.
- Add firewall or rate-limit rules only when you have a concrete policy.
- File port requests before a new listener goes public.
7. Know the attack path
- Bookmark Under attack.
- Know how to open a Ticket.
- Save [email protected].
When every box that applies to you is checked, you are in normal operation. Keep origin management IPs off the protected prefixes.
