Create an account and open Panel

Templass Panel is the customer application: https://panel.templass.com.

Use Templass Panel for Dashboard, Attacks, Firewall, Rate limiting, Port requests, and Billing. The Website is for product overview and legal pages.

Create an account​

  1. Open panel.templass.com.
  2. Start account registration with an email you can receive mail on. Invoices and provisioning notes go there.
  3. Confirm the email if Panel asks you to.
  4. Sign in and stay on the Dashboard until onboarding tasks appear.

If registration is unavailable or you were invited by sales, email [email protected] or ask in Discord. Do not create a second account for the same company unless Templass asks you to.

What you can see before payment​

An account can exist before a subscription is active. Some Panel sections stay locked or empty until checkout completes and access is confirmed. That is expected. See Access and Panel unlock.

After you can sign in​

  • Open Billing if you are choosing a published plan.
  • If you already spoke with sales about a Custom plan or a cross-connect, wait for the access note instead of starting a second checkout.
  • Keep the login email handy. Support will ask for it.

You do not need a GRE endpoint or Equinix order to create the account. Those come after the service is accepted.
