Create an account

Templass Panel is the customer application. Use it for Dashboard, Attacks, Firewall, Rate limiting, Port requests, Tickets, Organization, and Settings.

Registration requires email confirmation. You cannot sign in until the 6-digit code from your inbox is accepted.

Register

1. Open panel.templass.com/register. The heading is Create account.
2. Fill Username (3–32 characters), Email, and Password (at least 8 characters). Use an inbox you can read. Invoices and confirmation codes go there.
3. Complete the challenge and click Create account.
4. Panel sends you to Enter confirmation code at /register/check-email.

Confirm your email

1. Open the message Templass sent to the registration address.
2. On Enter confirmation code, enter the same Email and the Confirmation code (6 digits).
3. Click Confirm email.
4. Sign in at panel.templass.com/login with Email and Password, then click Sign in.

Successful sign-in lands on Dashboard (/dashboard). The page heading is Overview.

Already registered? The register form links Sign in. The confirm page links Back to sign in.

After you can sign in

An account can exist before a quote is accepted. Dashboard will look sparse until Templass grants access and provisions the service. That is expected. See Access after a quote.

Do not create a second account for the same company. If someone already quoted you, use the email from that quote.

You do not need a GRE endpoint or an Equinix order to register. Those come after the quote is accepted.
