What is Templass?​

A DDoS protection and scrubbing service. Traffic is cleaned in Frankfurt (Equinix FR5) and forwarded to you over GRE or a cross-connect. See Introduction.

Where is scrubbing?​

Frankfurt, Equinix FR5. About 1 Tbps mitigation capacity. Details: Frankfurt DDoS scrubbing.

What is AS208743?​

The Templass public ASN. Protected prefixes should show up on AS208743, not on your origin ASN. Details: ASN AS208743.

GRE or cross-connect?​

GRE if your origin is already on the internet. Cross-connect if you have Equinix FR5 presence and sales has scoped it. Overview.

Where do I get the GRE IP and keys?​

From Templass after the service is accepted. Docs only use placeholders such as <TEMPLASS_GRE_ENDPOINT>. GRE tunnel setup.

Can I start before I pay?​

You can create an account. Most network values and some Panel areas wait for payment plus admin unlock. Access and Panel unlock.

What do the plans cost?​

Essential €25 / 50 Mbps, Standard €50 / 100 Mbps, Premium €100 / 250 Mbps, plus Custom. Overage is 95th percentile at €0.50/Mbps. Plans and bandwidth.

Does paying instantly turn mitigation on?​

Stripe success starts the process. Admin still confirms the access date and provisions the path. Stripe checkout.

I am under attack right now. What do I do?​

Panel Attacks first. Do not leak the origin. Then Discord and email. Under attack.

Why is Attacks empty while my server is down?​

Often the prefix is not on Templass, or DNS still points at the origin. Attacks view and Routing.

I saved a firewall rule and nothing changed.​

Provisioning can take time. Do not flap the rule. Firewall rules.

How do I open a new game or HTTPS port?​

Use Port requests in Panel. Port requests.

Is there a status page?​

Not a documented public status URL yet. Use Discord and email. Status and support.
