What is Templass?​

DDoS mitigation billed on clean delivered bandwidth. Traffic is cleaned in Frankfurt (Equinix FR5) and forwarded over GRE or a Cross-Connect. See Introduction.

Where is scrubbing?​

Frankfurt, Equinix FR5. Over 1 Tbps edge class. Details: Frankfurt DDoS scrubbing.

What is AS208743?​

The Templass public ASN. Protected prefixes should show up on AS208743, not on your origin ASN. Details: ASN AS208743. Probe from lg.templass.com.

GRE or Cross-Connect?​

GRE if your origin is already on the internet. Cross-Connect if you have Equinix FR5 presence and the quote scoped it. Overview.

Where do I get the GRE IP and keys?​

From Templass after the quote is accepted. Docs only use placeholders such as <TEMPLASS_GRE_ENDPOINT>. GRE tunnel setup.

Can I register before I have a quote?​

Yes. Confirm the 6-digit email code, then sign in. Network values and edge controls wait for access after a quote.

How do I buy a plan in Panel?​

You do not. There is no public plan catalog. Request a quote. How quoting works.

What does clean Mbps mean?​

Traffic that survives scrubbing and is delivered to the origin, billed at the 95th percentile. Attack volume is not billed. Clean bandwidth.

Does accepting a quote turn mitigation on immediately?​

Acceptance starts provisioning. Admin still grants access, opens the service window, and issues GRE or an LOA. Access after a quote.

I am under attack right now. What do I do?​

Panel Attacks first. Do not leak the origin. Then a Ticket. Under attack.

Why is Attacks empty while my server is down?​

Often the prefix is not on Templass, or DNS still points at the origin. Attacks and Routing.

I saved a firewall rule and nothing changed.​

Watch Changes applying on Overview. Do not flap the rule. Firewall.

How do I open a new game or HTTPS port?​

Use Port requests. Set Direction OPEN, protocol, port, and purpose. Port requests.
