How quoting works
Templass does not publish a click-to-buy plan card and does not let you pick Essential / Standard / Premium in Panel. You request a quote. Templass replies with a number. You accept it in writing. Then provisioning starts.
What to send
Use the form at templass.com/quote. The heading is Request a quote. Required fields:
| Field | What to put |
|---|---|
| Use case | Game servers, hosting, API, or whatever sits on the receiving end |
| Peak clean Mbps | Expected clean bandwidth at the origin, not attack volume |
| Connection type | GRE tunnel or Cross-Connect |
| Name | Who should receive the quote |
| Inbox that can accept the reply and later invoices |
Notes is optional and useful: prefixes, ports, where the origin lives.
Click Request a quote. If the form fails, email [email protected] with the same fields.
What you get back
A written quote: rate, any commit, handoff, term, and conditions. Indicative clean-bandwidth rates on the Website lose to this document.
Submitting the form is a request for an offer. A mitigation contract forms when you accept the quote in writing (email is enough) or when Templass begins provisioning on that acceptance, whichever the quote describes. Details: Terms.
After you accept
- Templass confirms payment terms and issues the first invoice.
- Admin grants Panel access and opens a Service window.
- Admin issues GRE values or a Cross-Connect LOA.
- You bring the path up and cut over.
See Access after a quote.
What not to do
- Do not wait for a Billing catalog in Panel. It is not how this product is sold.
- Do not start a second quote for the same origin while the first is open. Reply on the existing thread.
- Do not point production DNS at a prefix you were not given.
