Plans and bandwidth
Published Templass plans are monthly, in euro, with a clean-bandwidth include. Platform mitigation capacity (~1 Tbps) is separate from your plan rate. Current Website pricing should match this table; if your quote differs, the quote and Panel Billing win.

What the Mbps number is
The include is clean traffic through Templass under the plan. Attack volume dropped in Frankfurt does not count toward that include. Your ISP path and GRE outer bandwidth are separate limits.
If clean usage sits above the include, overage applies.
95th percentile and overage
Usage is measured on a 95th percentile basis.
- The highest 5% of samples in the billing period are discarded for the percentile calculation.
- If that 95th percentile is above your include, extra Mbps is billed at €0.50 per Mbps.
- Short spikes usually cost less than a flat peak model; sustained high usage does not.
If an invoice shows a different overage, the invoice and Billing in Panel are authoritative. Ask [email protected] with the invoice ID.
Custom
Choose Custom when you need a different clean rate, a cross-connect, BYOIP/BGP, or another handoff outside Essential / Standard / Premium. Support confirms scope and price. Access still follows Access and Panel unlock.
Changing plan
- Upgrades and downgrades go through Panel Billing when the UI offers them, or through [email protected].
- A plan change does not instantly rewrite GRE keys or Equinix LOAs.
