Clean bandwidth
Templass bills clean delivered bandwidth: the traffic that survives scrubbing and is forwarded to your origin. Junk that dies at the edge never hits the invoice. There is no fee that scales with how hard you were attacked.
The commercial number is clean Mbps at the 95th percentile. Your quote sets the rate, the term, and any commit. Panel does not sell a public plan catalog.
What counts
| Counted | Not counted |
|---|---|
| Forwarded traffic after mitigation | Attack volume dropped at the edge |
| The 95th percentile of clean samples in the billing period | A single short spike that falls in the discarded top 5% |
| The handoff you ordered (GRE or Cross-Connect) | Your ISP uplink or GRE outer overhead as a separate product |
Platform mitigation capacity (over 1 Tbps class at Equinix FR5) is the edge, not your commit. See Frankfurt DDoS scrubbing.
95th percentile
Templass samples the clean rate through the billing period. The highest 5% of samples are discarded. The next highest sample is the 95th percentile.
- Short spikes do not set the month.
- A sustained clean peak does.
- The accepted quote is the source of truth if it states a different measurement window.
Indicative rates
The pricing page publishes indicative whole-volume rates on 95th-percentile clean Mbps. Whole-volume means the entire measured clean Mbps is charged at the single tier that the measurement falls into.
| Measured clean Mbps (95th) | Indicative rate |
|---|---|
| 0–299 | €0.45 / Mbps |
| 300–509 | €0.41 / Mbps |
| 510–999 | €0.39 / Mbps |
| 1000+ | €0.33 / Mbps |
A €39 / month floor applies on quiet months. It covers account overhead, not attack size, and is not added on top of usage. Payable amount is max(tiered clean-bandwidth charge, €39) unless your quote states a different minimum or omits one.
Indicative figures lose to an accepted quote.
Invoices
After you accept a quote, Templass invoices the agreed terms. Overview on Dashboard shows Latest invoice and Renews. Pay the invoice you receive. Methods named in the Terms include Stripe, PayPal, and EU / SEPA transfer. The invoice tells you which one to use.
Templass operates as a Kleinunternehmen under § 19 UStG. Where that regime applies, invoices may not show VAT.
Failed payment can suspend the service after notice. Ask [email protected] with the invoice reference before the window closes.
Changing capacity
A higher or lower clean-Mbps commit is a new quote, not a self-serve plan change. Write [email protected] or open a Ticket. A commercial change does not rewrite GRE keys or an Equinix LOA by itself.
